Common questions
What is the difference between a certified and a sworn translation?
A certified translation carries a signed statement of accuracy from the translator or agency — accepted in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and more. A sworn translation is produced by a translator officially appointed by a court or government (for example in Italy, Spain, France or Germany) and is required by authorities in those countries. We tell you which one applies when you select the destination country.
Will my translation be accepted?
Yes — every translation is prepared to the standard the receiving authority requires, and acceptance is guaranteed. If an authority raises an issue, we correct and re-certify at no cost.
How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is typically 24–48 hours for 1–3 pages. Priority and urgent options are available at checkout, and the exact date is shown before you pay.
Do I receive a hard copy?
Certified translations are delivered as a signed, stamped PDF. Where a country requires physical sworn copies, the translator’s stamped originals are sent by courier.
